Yes, in The Hague and the surrounding area. We can also solve many problems remotely; that is often quicker and cheaper.
What does computer help cost?
€93 per hour excl. VAT. In the Haaglanden region the first diagnosis is free; further afield we are happy to make you a tailored proposal. You will find the call-out fees on the rates page.
Do you also help with Macs?
Yes, we support both Windows and Mac.
Will I lose my files?
No. Before we do anything drastic, such as reinstalling Windows, we back up your files.
Computer problems?
Report it online and we will quickly schedule a time. Urgent? Feel free to call. In the Haaglanden region the diagnosis is free; you only pay the call-out fee. Further afield, we are happy to make you a tailored proposal.
