Our general terms and conditions (Algemene Voorwaarden), version October 2026, effective 1 November 2026. They apply to business clients only (B2B).

Our terms are available in Dutch

All quotations and agreements of Dedicated Solution B.V. are subject to our general terms and conditions. These terms are drawn up in Dutch. The Dutch text is the legally binding version; if a translation is ever provided, the Dutch text prevails in case of any difference (article A.19.5).

The terms consist of a general module that always applies (Module A) and specific modules for the services in your agreement:
