Internet and Wi-Fi that actually work
We measure your network and fix the problem at its source, instead of adding yet another box.
More equipment is rarely the answer
Almost everyone who calls us about Wi-Fi has already tried something: a range extender from the shop, a second router, a set of powerline adapters. Often that does not help, and sometimes it makes things worse, because those devices get in each other's way on the same channel.
That is why we start by measuring. Where does the signal drop out, which channels are the neighbours using, how many devices are really connected, and where is the real bottleneck: the signal, the cabling or the internet connection itself? Only then do we make a proposal, and sometimes that proposal is: one device in a different spot, done.
For businesses we look beyond coverage. A guest network kept separate from your accounts, cameras on their own part of the network, and settings that stop one heavy download from bringing the whole office to a halt. We work with MikroTik and Ubiquiti equipment, because it can be configured the way it should be.
What we tackle
- Measuring coverage and interference
- Cabling where that works better
- A guest network separate from your own
- Cameras and devices on their own segment
- Settings so nothing crowds anything else out
From family home to business premises
Home
Old walls, a meter cupboard in the wrong place, or three floors. We make sure it works everywhere, even in the attic.
Office
Meeting rooms where the connection drops during a video call: we fix that for good.
Warehouse
Large spaces with metal and racking. That is a very different story from a living room.
Guest network
Visitors on your Wi-Fi, but nowhere near your files. Kept separate, with its own password.
Cabling
Sometimes a single network cable is the best investment you can make. We lay it neatly out of sight.
Monitoring
With a maintenance plan we keep an eye on your connection and often spot a fault before you do.
Frequently asked questions about internet and Wi-Fi
Does a Wi-Fi extender help?
Sometimes, but it often halves the speed and just moves the problem. Measuring shows whether it makes sense in your case.
Can I keep my provider's router?
Usually, yes. We then put it in a mode where it only handles the connection, and let better equipment run the rest of the network.
What does a measurement cost?
In the Haaglanden region the diagnosis is free; you only pay the call-out fee. Further afield, we are happy to make you a tailored proposal. Only once we know what is wrong do we discuss what it costs to fix.
Do you also work outside The Hague?
Yes, across the whole region, and nationwide remotely. See our service area.
Wi-Fi playing up?
In the Haaglanden region the diagnosis is free; you only pay the call-out fee. Further afield, we are happy to make you a tailored proposal. Afterwards you know what the cause is, even if you decide to fix it yourself.
