From The Hague we cover the whole Haaglanden region, the Westland, the Bulb Region (Bollenstreek) and the Green Heart. Remote management we do throughout the Netherlands.

Our home area. This is where we are on site fastest and where the Haaglanden call-out rate applies.

We come on site up to about 65 kilometres. Beyond that we do the work remotely, which works out well more often than people think.
What the call-out costs
In the Haaglanden region the lower rate applies. Beyond that, up to about 65 kilometres, the higher one. In Haaglanden the diagnosis itself is free; further afield we are happy to make you a tailored proposal. We first look at what is going on, and only then discuss what it costs to fix.

Outside the Randstad? Remote management knows no distance
For most of our work we do not need to be with you. Monitoring, updates, backups, creating users, fixing faults: it is all done remotely, and often faster than when someone has to come round.
Based in Groningen, Maastricht or Zeeland and looking for one fixed point of contact instead of a helpdesk with a queue? That works perfectly well. For work that needs hands on site, such as cabling or mounting cameras, we arrange a local partner or come to you for travel costs.
