VoIP telephony for businesses

Business calls over the internet, keeping your own number, and reachable at the office, at home and on the move.

Calling over the internet, without the hassle

VoIP means your phone calls run over your internet connection instead of a separate phone line. That removes the subscription for that line, and gives you features an old phone system never had: forwarding to your mobile, a call menu, a second number, or a colleague who answers the same line from home.

Your current number simply comes with you. For most businesses that is the most important point: you do not want to lose a number that has been on your van, your letterhead and Google for years. We arrange the transfer and make sure there is no gap in which you cannot be reached.

When VoIP goes wrong, it is almost never the telephony itself but the network underneath. A connection that is fine for email makes a call stutter as soon as someone uploads a file. We set up your network so that voice gets priority. That is exactly the difference between a provider who sends you a box and someone who installs it properly.

In short

  • Keep your own number
  • Reachable on desk phones and mobile
  • Call menu, queue and call forwarding
  • Priority for voice on your network
  • No separate phone line needed

What we do for you

Connection and number transfer

We request the number transfer, install the handsets and test every number before the old line is switched off.

Setting up a call menu

“Press 1 for sales, 2 for support.” We help you think through the route your callers take, and keep it as short as possible.

At home and on the move

An app on your phone that shows your business number. Your private number stays private, even when you make the call.

Network in order

Voice gets priority over downloads. Without that setting, your customer hears you breaking up at the worst possible moment.

Multiple locations

Two branches that transfer calls internally free of charge, as if they were in the same building.

A fault? One number to call

You call us, not the provider. We find out where things are getting stuck and sort it out with the supplier.

Frequently asked questions about VoIP

Can I keep my number?

Yes. Almost every Dutch landline number can be transferred. We request it and schedule the switch at a time that suits you.

What if the internet goes down?

Then your number automatically forwards to a mobile number of your choice. So you stay reachable, even when the connection is down.

Do I need new handsets?

Usually, yes. Old analogue phones only work with an adapter, and that rarely gives a good call. We advise what suits how much you call.

Is the call quality just as good?

With a well-configured network it is better, because VoIP uses a wider audio range. With a poorly configured network it is worse. That is where our work comes in.

Curious what it would cost you?

We look at your current phone bill and work out what you would save. That conversation costs nothing.
