IT management and system administration for SMEs in The Hague
Your own IT department, without having to hire one. We manage workstations, servers, networks and Microsoft 365, from our office in The Hague.
Outsource your IT to a company based in The Hague
Most small and medium-sized businesses do not have their own system administrator. IT is left to a colleague who is “good with computers”, to a relative, or to a supplier who only turns up when something breaks. That works fine until the day it doesn't: an expired licence, a backup that stopped running months ago, or an employee who clicks on a phishing email. Read more about our approach to cyber security.
Dedicated Solution takes that work off your hands for good. We first map what is in place, clean up whatever is not right and then bring everything under management: updates, security, backups, users and licences. You get one fixed point of contact who knows your environment, and thanks to monitoring we often spot faults before you do.
We work with Microsoft 365, Windows Server and network equipment from MikroTik and Ubiquiti UniFi. That is a deliberately focused set: we know these systems inside out, and you notice it in how quickly problems get solved.
What our management covers
- Workstation management (Windows and Mac)
- Microsoft 365: email, Teams, SharePoint
- Servers, storage and backup
- Network, firewall and Wi-Fi
- Security, updates and antivirus
- Helpdesk by phone, email and ticket
How IT management works with us
Not a standard package you have to fit into, but management that fits the way your business works.
Inventory
We go through your environment: devices, accounts, licences, backups and security. You get a clear overview of what is in good shape and what needs attention.
Getting things in order
Overdue updates, old accounts, missing backups: we sort those out first, so management starts from a clean base.
Monitoring
We keep an eye on servers, network and workstations. If a fault keeps coming back, we tackle the cause rather than the symptom.
One point of contact
No call centre or phone menu. You call or email someone who knows your situation and what has been done before.
Documentation
Password policy, network diagram, suppliers and licences: all recorded, so your IT does not depend on one person.
Agreements in writing
We put response times and maintenance in writing in an SLA or maintenance plan. You know what you get and what it costs.
An IT company with an office in The Hague
Our office is on Het Kleine Loo in The Hague, so we are on site quickly when something cannot be fixed remotely, in the city itself and across the rest of the Haaglanden region. We solve many faults remotely, but for a new workstation, a network cabinet or a server we simply come round.

Frequently asked questions about IT management
What does it cost to outsource IT management?
That depends on the number of workstations and servers and on the response time you need. We work with maintenance plans at a fixed monthly fee, or by the hour at €93 per hour excl. VAT. After the inventory you get a fixed price, with no surprises.
Can you take over management from our current supplier?
Yes. We arrange the handover of passwords, licences and documentation, and make sure there is never a moment when nobody is responsible.
Which businesses is this suitable for?
For small and medium-sized organisations without their own IT department, or with an IT employee who could use some support.
Are you really based in The Hague?
Yes, our office is at Het Kleine Loo 43, 2592 BW The Hague. That means we are on site quickly in The Hague and the Haaglanden region.
Is the first meeting free?
In the Haaglanden region, yes: we visit free of charge to look at your situation. Further afield, we are happy to make you a tailored proposal. After that you decide whether you want to work with us.
Want your IT in safe hands?
In the Haaglanden region we visit free of charge, map your environment and tell you honestly what could be better.
