Hosting you never have to think about
Good hosting goes unnoticed. Your site is available, your email arrives, and you never give it a second thought. Only when things go wrong do you realise what you had: a website that is down on the day your advert runs, or email that lands in your customers' junk folder.
We host on servers in the Netherlands, with daily backups that we actually restore to check they work. A backup that has never been tested is not a backup.
For email we usually work with Microsoft 365, not because it is fashionable, but because your calendar, contacts and files are then the same on every device and the security is in order. We take care of the set-up, moving your old mailbox and the settings that stop your email being treated as spam.

What we take care of
Website hosting
WordPress, a webshop or a custom build. We keep versions up to date and make sure updates do not break anything.
Business email
Microsoft 365 or our own mail server. Including calendar, contacts and shared mailboxes.
Email that arrives
SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up properly. Without those three, your quote ends up in your customer's spam folder.
Backup and restore
A copy every day, and a retention period that is actually useful. Restoring a file from last month is no problem.
Speed
A slow site costs you visitors and positions in Google. We measure it and clear out whatever is holding it back.
Migration
We move you from your current host outside office hours, so nobody notices a thing.
Frequently asked questions about hosting
Can I switch without going offline?
Yes. We first put your site on the new server, test it, and only when everything is right do we point the domain to it. In practice the interruption is zero.
Where are the servers?
In the Netherlands. That helps with speed, and keeps your data under Dutch and European law.
How often are backups made?
Daily. We restore sample backups to check that they really are usable.
Do you also do Microsoft 365?
Yes: set-up, licences, moving old mailboxes and management afterwards. See also our maintenance plans.
