A domain name is more than an address
Behind your domain name are the settings that decide whether your website can be reached and whether your email arrives. That is called DNS, and it is the part that most often goes wrong when you move or change supplier. One wrong record and your email stops, without any error message, because the sender simply hears nothing back.
We register your domain, keep an eye on renewal and manage the settings. More importantly: the domain is registered in your name, not ours. If you ever want to leave, you simply take it with you. That is far from the case with every supplier, and it is one of the most frustrating things to discover after the fact.

For Dutch customers .nl is almost always the best choice. Adding a .com is sensible if you also work across the border.

Is my domain really mine?
With us, yes. We register it in your name and with your details, and you can request the transfer code at any time.
What does a domain name cost?
A .nl costs a few tens of euros a year. Managing the settings is included in a maintenance plan.
Can I move my domain without any interruption?
Yes. We first prepare the settings at the new party and only then move the domain, so your website and email keep working.
Do I also need a .com?
Only if you work internationally or someone else might otherwise grab it. For a local business, .nl is enough.
